These went on some Armada Pipe Cleaners for my teenager who covers all of the mountain EXCEPT the pipe/park. We are Free skiers who prefer the path less travelled. Had these in powder, hardpack and spring slush - absolutely no complaints. Not too easy to get out of but he was used to demo bindings and was getting used to the stiffer release.

These are a good recreational binding at a good price. Beware though, if you are hard on your equipment these binding might not hold up to the strain. My teenage daughter has destroyed two pairs of these, on one the heel track broke and on the other the brake and brake lever detached from the ski when the screw pulled out. These bindings are also a bit heavier than others in the class.

Comments about Look PX 12 Lifter Ski Bindings 2009:

I've been using these bindings on a pair of Armada El Reys for the last 5 months. Haven't had a single problem yet and i'm pretty impressed with there overall performance. When set up right they hold up well in park and absorb most landings pretty well. They'll hold your boot in unless you realy pull on them, which is great for pushing limits, but still let go when you realy need it. For the price you can't go wrong!

These are one of the most reliable bindings I have ever owned. I use them for racing and my son uses them on his park skis. We are both expert skiers and have had absoltely no issues with these bindings. They have always released only when they were supposed to.

Comments about Look PX 12 Lifter Ski Bindings 2009:

When I bought this binding I was still upset about my last inexpensive pair. I had tried to search for a cheaper binding that would still perform on big terrain and in the park. My last binding broke when I hucked a 30 footer in backcountry telluride. Hiking down the mountain with my skis on my back is still one of my least favorite ski memories.
For my next trip I was going to be in the park at breck and wanted to be sure that I had something that would hold up. I couldn't justify spending $350+ of my own cash for the top bindings so I wented with the PX 12. No regrets! It held up on everything big out west and back in the midwest parks. Its not the mosy attractive brand but it might be the best product!

I have these and the comparable Dynastar Legends and both work great. They have been superb in moguls and overall a great all-mountain binding. I can't say much about durability since it has only been a year, but the fit has been great on my K2 apache crossfire and Rossi S4's..
