Dynastar PX 15 Race Ski Bindings (80mm Brakes) 2009: Whether you’re charging the race course or taking a quick break to session the park, the Look PX 15 FS WB Ski Bindings lock you in for a solid, reliable ride. The PX Racing 15 FS WB Ski Bindings use a single pivot toe with a fixed Teflon AFD, which removes almost any chance of play in the system while transferring maximum power to the ski. The heel piece sits on a shorter heel track and is adjusted by a micro-drive system, which allows for precise forward pressure adjustment. In addition, the high elastic travel of the heel provides excellent shock and vibration absorption for softer landings.
Special Features
PX Race Heel base features a 25mm high elastic travel to avoid pre-releasing
Teflon AFD technology and Single Pivot Toe piece remove almost any chance of play in the system
Racing heel piece sits on a shorter heel track and is adjusted by a micro-drive system. This allows for very precise forward pressure adjustment.
Recommended Use
Should be used by experienced skiers that charge hard and need a binding that holds them in throughout the most demanding of situations.
Compatibility
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15mm wider.

            Solid bindings. Won't ride anything other than a Look/Rossi binding. You get the big metal Pivot Toe piece and the mounting zone is shorter on the race than is on the standard PX 12. The heel piece is shorter.

            I'm 6'1" 185lbs, and am averaging 120+ days over the last three seasons. I now own 4 sets of these on everything from park to powder to hard-charging skis. I have never noticed these bindings, meaning they keep me in when I need top be and let me out when I don't. Can't say they same with other companies. Won't be riding anything else anytime soon. Make sure you have the Look/Rossi/Dynastar RACE BRAKE when you need them for fatter skis.
