Dynastar PX 12 Ski Bindings 2010: If you need some exhilaration on the hill, and just aren’t feeling it because your current bindings won’t let you tear up the mountain like you thought they would- get your fix with the Dynastar PX 12 Ski Bindings. This wooly mammoth of a binding gives you a 3mm shock absorbing platform so you can go crazy big without actually going crazy because of too high of a DIN setting. Dial down those moves you’ve been working on in minutes with these impact-friendly gods of the binding world.
Recommended Use
The perfect bindings for All-mountain, freestyle, and freeride skiing
Compatibility
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15mm wider.
Construction
PX heel features angled lateral arms that apply greater pressure to the edge of the ski creating more power directly from the skier to the ski
25mm of elastic travel, the longest travel of any binding on the market, preventing unwanted pre-releasing so that your ski will stay on when you want it to
Full Drive Toe: Four points of contact on the boot for maximum power transmission, 180 degree multi-directional release capabilities which aid in release, High elastic travel for vertical and lateral movements help to eliminate inadvertent release and offer shock absorption, AFD reduces friction in a release

Got a great price on these. Rock solid bindings. A bit on the heavy side, but worth it for the feel.

Comments about Dynastar PX 12 Ski Bindings 2010:

Used px line many times. DIN 12 is plenty for most under 190 lbs. Easy to get wide brakes. Can usually pick these up new for under $100.

These are great bindings for the price these bindings can't be expected to compete with fks18s but the px 12s are great bindings I'm 5'5 140 pounds and I have experienced zero prerelease issues with the dins at 6 after about 15 days of riding

I got to ski these bindings in some fresh pow in the california sierras today. They worked great and were a little lighter than the PX15 that I previously had. These are mounted on Roxy helter skelter and fit with medium brake (slight bend required).

Comments about Dynastar PX 12 Ski Bindings 2010:

I bought these bindings for my boyfriend, and they've served him well this season. His only complaint so far is that he sometimes has to sometimes actually pull up on the bindings to get them to lock, but I think the DIN setting is higher than he's used to. Great value for bindings that have served an intermediate-advanced skier well.
