Freestyle 3BT – Bataleon's all mountain freestyle shapes are the most versatile boards in the line. Their twin-ish shapes, more aggressive camber profile, medium center-base width and longer contact length between the feet produce a powerful ride with freestyle tendencies and powder float.

Flex Rating: 4 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This is a medium flex board hitting a balance between freestyle play and forgiveness with control, response and support for harder riding. Great for all-mountain riders who want to do it all!

Core Core – Dual density full wood core composed of poplar with beech running tip to tail along the insert packs. The added beech hardwood strengthens the board's backbone under the bindings and produces more pop from tip to tail while still offering a comfortable lateral flex.

Bi Ax Laminate – Bataleon bi-axial or two-way fiberglass is a 90-degree weave of fiberglass placed under and atop the core to strengthen and add pop to the board. Fiberglass is placed at a 45-degree angle rather than a 90-degree angle to the edge so you get better overall board feel, flex and edging. Bi-ax layups create a really maneuverable board, one that you can almost steer with your feet.

Composite Fleece – Just like you put a fleece layer on for cold days, Bataleon adds a layer of composite material around the inserts of the board for strength and more rapid and precise power transfer from your bindings.

Sintered Base – Hard and fast. Sintered base material is tough stuff and its microscopic pores retain wax nuggets for a slick slide. To get the maximum benefits from a sintered base it needs to be waxed regularly. Bataleon finishes theirs with a proper hot wax before they leave the factory.

Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.

Flex Rating: 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This mildly stiff model helps riders make quick, technical maneuvers, even at high speeds. Great for all-mountain carving, powerful freeriding and charging through the terrain park.

B3 Gel – In the footbed, B3 gel dramatically dampens vibrations and absorbs impacts. Formulated to withstand repeated impacts without breaking down or hardening up in cold temperatures.

Dampening Pad – Under the baseplate, EVA absorbs vibration and impact while reducing the footprint of the binding on the board. Ultimately improving the board's flex and feel.

Single-Component Baseplate – Made of a short glass and nylon composite blend to create a lightweight, durable and lively ride for all-terrain domination.

Re: Flex™ Footbed – Fully cushioned with EVA underfoot to encourage a natural and comfortable stance position. This anatomical boot-to-binding alignment maximizes comfort and board control while reducing fatigue. The trap door design makes it easy to access mounting hardware.

Canted Living Hinge™ Hi-Back – Burton created a lightweight, minimal hardware hi-back that allows you to adjust your forward lean and rotation separately. In addition, the hi-back offers an ergonomic (canted) design. For you this means a seamless interface that contours to you and your snowboard boots, providing unmatched comfort and board control.

DialFLAD™ – Use the tool-free DialFLAD™ feature on your hi-backs for a quick and easy forward lean adjustment.

Heel Hammock – Reinforced rubbery material wraps around the heel of your boot for greater response.

Zero Forward Lean – Riders who prefer a more playful relaxed feel will love Burton's Zero Forward Lean hi-back design element. You can still crank them forward for the pipe or gnarly carving.

Asymmetrical Hammock™ Strap – Simple, seamless 3D curved construction. The laterally supportive asymmetrical shape is reversible so you can choose between power or mobility. Made of ultra light padding that remains soft in cold temps, and a triple axis spine for response and flex.

Flex Slider – Makes the ankle straps move out of the way so you can step into the binding without obstruction. Burton's Flex Slider has a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Super Grip Capstrap™ – Utilizing a minimalist design comprised two materials blended together to create a high-performance toe strap. A firm material in the spine adds durability, strength, and support. The soft over molded material improves grip and comfort.
