The Global Warmer is just too hot to touch. It's Park 3BT rocker profile, carbon enhanced core, and ultra-speedy sintered base earns it a 10 in nearly every category of mountain slaying. Expect deep turns, face shots, presses, air time, jibs, spins and a can-do attitude to jam pack it all into your runs. Over the funbox, down the side-chutes and in the trees, the Global Warmer is going to bring hot fire to your riding. Riders of all skill sets can get down with the Bataleon Global Warmer Snowboard.
Park 3BT – Bataleon developed their Park 3BT to be playful yet stable with a wide centerbase, slight camber and true twin shape to perform in terrain parks around the globe. The edge uplift areas start mid-binding and extend towards the tips for a loose feel with less bite. The wide centerbase on the other hand helps with stability off lips, on landings, in presses and at high speeds.
Flex Rating: 3 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – Soft-medium flex for a playful, buttery feel. A little stiffer than the Disaster to help performance on large airs and secure landings.
Core Core – Dual density full wood core composed of poplar with beech running tip to tail along the insert packs. The added beech hardwood strengthens the board's backbone under the bindings and produces more pop from tip to tail while still offering a comfortable lateral flex.
Carbon Enhanced – Carbon adds explosive snap, precise control, smooth dampening and it's feather light. Bataleon uses it to enhance the ride of their high-end boards. By placing Carbon stringers in key areas of the board they are able to increase the connection between the rails of your board making it feel more responsive.
Bi Ax Laminate – Bataleon bi-axial or two-way fiberglass is a 90-degree weave of fiberglass placed under and atop the core to strengthen and add pop to the board. Fiberglass is placed at a 45-degree angle rather than a 90-degree angle to the edge so you get better overall board feel, flex and edging. Bi-ax layups create a really maneuverable board, one that you can almost steer with your feet.
Sintered Base – Hard and fast. Sintered base material is tough stuff and its microscopic pores retain wax nuggets for a slick slide. To get the maximum benefits from a sintered base it needs to be waxed regularly. Bataleon finishes theirs with a proper hot wax before they leave the factory.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.

The Switchback All Mountain Combo Snowboard Bindings are the most versatile in the lineup and deliver users with the tools for carving through parks, double blacks and laying down fresh tracks. Get stoked on whatever you see, thanks to a C Pad that balances cushioning with canting for a damper ride and enhanced natural stance. Swithback's most universal highback, the FL Highback, is tall and vertically stiff for response in challenging terrain while remaining torsionally soft to flex on some rails in the park. Stumble across some pow fields? It's your lucky day! Take out the FL Highback and snap in the included Noback. A couple seconds later and you've transformed your ride into the ultimate surfer. You'll be ready to tackle the mountain as hard as you can with the Switchback All Mountain Combo Snowboard Bindings.
C Pad – Switchback's C Pads are canted inward for enhanced anatomical alignment of your knees, ankles and joints. They create a better body position for wider and duck-footed stances.
Bumper Corners – Switchback places a rubber bushing along the bottom rim of the binding to absorb vibration, enhance flex, and help cushion harsh landings. The corners and sides are thicker to protect your topsheet and promote flex, and the toes and heels are thinner for more direct control and terrain feel.
Less Material – Switchback designs their baseplates with a minimal amount of rigid material touching the board's topsheet when mounted. This not only saves weight but also gives the binding and your board a more natural 360-degree flex pattern underfoot.
Direct Steering – The bumper bushing is contoured with less material around the heels and toes for improved edge-to-edge response and smooth power transfer. It also helps you feel the terrain in a smooth kind of way.
FL Highback – The FL is Switchback's most universal high-back. It's tall and stiff enough to provide all the support you could want, and torsionally soft for flexing your muscle in the park. It's also slightly anatomically shaped for a seamless boot fit. With adjustable forward lean you can dial in just the right amount of heelside response, too.
Noback included – Not a highback at all! The Noback takes up the space of a highback and adds EVA so your boot has a flush fit with the binding heelcup without having to change your straps or stance. This allows for a super surfy feel in powder and Gumby-like flex for tweaks and jibs. The Noback comes standard with every base.
Eames Strap – Switchback's Eames straps are composed of a rugged leather style cover and a solid pre-molded EVA lining for a more responsive and powerful feel. The shaping and materials easily form and mold around any boot contour for a plush fit.
Easy Access – Switchback's strap design allows the straps to naturally fall open and away for easy in and out. Get in and out quickly without stepping on your straps.
