Snowboard

Arbor Sin Nombre Snowboard 2016

Built with freeride-focused System Camber, the Arbor Sin Nombre Snowboard can smoothly bomb down uneven chutes at warped speeds. It has a 100% sustainably-grown Poplar wood core and fish-shaped Steelhead nose for the control and navigating precision of it's namesake. A built-in Carbon Crossbeam reinforcement gives you that extra boost to charge upstream, er, down the mountain, in and out of bounds on the Arbor Sin Nombre Snowboard.

Product Details

Rocker Type

The System CamberOffers a poppy ride with crisp, fully engaged performance. The parabolic camber guarantees that the outside contact points do not dig too far into the snow, thus creating a cleaner, less-catchy board.

Flex

Medium FlexThe most versatile flex in the game for peak performance all over the mountain.

Shape

DirectionalA slight stance setback combined with a directional shape provides you with a surfy ride in deep snow. Directional boards also give riders ample control and stability when dropping through chutes or landing big airs at high-speeds.

Steelhead TipsCompared to a traditionally curved nose, the nose of this board is more pointy (fish-shaped) for ample control through steep terrain.

Grip Tech SidecutGrip Tech is a tri-radial sidecut design that is not “blended.” Natural shaping intersections, that in the past were eliminated, have been transformed into heel-and-toe contact points that provide a direct, more ergonomic way to grip the snow when additional control is needed. The extra contacts also form pivot zones that make turning easier and more natural.

Uprise FendersThe outside contact zones are pulled off the snow with angled 3° risers on all System Camber designs.

Core

Single Malt Wood CoreArbor's standard wood core for highly-reliable return and lasting durability. Made from 100% sustainably-grown Poplar wood.

Laminates

Mixed GlassingExtra strength, extra performance thanks to Arbor's Triax over Biax lay-up.

Carbon Crossbeam ReinforcementA carbon fiber crossbeam that runs across the whole snowboard for maximum torsional performance tip to tail. Supports next-level charging in or out of bounds. Ideal for mountain-twin performance.

El Dorado Underlay

Sidewalls

360 RailsThe sidewall fully wraps the circumference of the deck to deliver an incredibly tight tolerance for improved board life and durability.

Base

Sintered BaseA higher molecular weight provides added durability and speed.

Die-Cut BaseBase color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.

Binding Compatibility

2 x 4 Insert Pattern w/ 14 InsertsSo many stance options!
