Deep in the heart of Washington's North Cascades, where moss-covered trees stretch as far as the eye can see and snow is a year-round companion, sits the tiny hamlet of Glacier. This is the town Lucas Debari calls home. Drawing inspiration from Baker Hardcore alumns like Craig Kelly, and despite a huge natural talent for contest and pipe riding, Debari currently shuns the craziness of contests in favor of slashing remote powder lines in front of the camera.
Snowboarding since the age of 4, Debari's resumé includes being voted Transworld's 2008 Rookie of the Year and recipient of the famed duct tape trophy at the Legendary Mt. Baker Banked Slalom in 2007. Despite a globe-spanning career and solid sponsorships by K2 Snowboards, Dragon and The North Face, Debari is still perhaps most content riding the Baker backcountry with good friends.
