Fits in a parka pocket, not too bulky. Won't stop a serious thief, but keeps the rif-raf at bay.

This is a nice small lock that can fit easily into a pocket. I feel more at ease, knowing my skis are locked down, after someone in a sports store told me that over 50,000 snow boards and skis were stolen last year, in the USA, alone. I don't know if this stat. is correct, but I didn't want to take a chance with new equipment. The cord is long enough to lock up two sets of skis.

Very nice lock. Good feel and look. It seems to be resistant enough for keeping your skis safe for a stop at the lodge. But would not leave skis unattended overnight with this lock.

The Dakine Cool Lock is handy if you are planning on leaving your board or ski's on a public rack. Will keep opportunists at bay. Light enough to carry in a jacket pocket.

This lock is excellent, however it is bulky. I suggest locking it to the rack instead of carrying it around while riding. The worst that happens is someone is in your spot and you move on.
