Comments about Burton Tether Lock:
I set the combination at home, followed directions, and when I used it for the first time at the mountain, the lock wouldn't unlock. I had to show my receipt of purchase for my new snowboard, and they cut the cable for me to get my snowboard free. It took him a long time to cut the cable, so if it would have worked, it would have been hard to steal the lock.
