Optimus isn't warm.

Comments about The North Face Prism Optimus Jacket:

The price was right for this jacket. There were to many cold spots with this jacket. The down seemed to shift in the sleeves. I tried to put in the drier to fluff the down but this did not work. The size was true, and the weight of the jacket was nice. I expected more from North Face.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt. The condition was new. I was disappointed with the service from EvoGear. I had to call them four times before I received the right size jacket. I'm returning this jacket since it's not warm. I'm hoping that I will receive my refund in a more timely manner with less calls than it took to receive the right size. We'll see.
