The Alki will wrap you in versatility, comfort, and waterproof breathability that will ensure your warmth during all of your mountain explorations and seaside excursions.

HyVent® 2-Layer Omega Plaid Proweave - Utlizing a two-layer construction to stay simultaneously breathable and waterproof in extreme conditions, this fabric excels in any exploration. The durable woven outer layer repels wet weather and protects from abrasion, while the inner-layer utilizes a polyurethane coating and micro-pores to channel water vapor to the outer layer. The end result is an exceptional waterproof, breathable technology that stays dry inside and out.

        Well, in all honesty I was stoked on this jacket. The Blue color is great with the red highlights. My biggest complain is that the arms are so short. Absent any "monkey hands" that hold the sleeves down, I found my XL consistently pulled the sleeves above my gloves. As well, the flaps over the two zipper pockets on the sides are forward-facing, so the wind opens them up and causes them to flap at pretty much any speed. I REALLY wanted to like this item, but its going to the ski swap.
