The Flare Jacket’s 15k waterproofing and breathability rating mean it can withstand the pressure of a 49-foot column of water without leaking but still allow sweat vapors to escape. Overkill? Why not? Tanner deserves the best, so Oakley made sure his jack had arm articulation for free movements and adjustable venting, a removable storm skirt, and wrist gaiters to lock out the powder.
