Burton is here to offer you a sanctuary in the form of the Burton ak 3L Haven Jacket. The Haven Jacket comes with all sorts of Hail Mary passes, such as the waterproofing shield of 3-Layer GORE-TEX®, Ultralight Engineered 650 Down Fill, and YKK® Matte Water-Resistant Zippers. It's alright if you think Burton is really a company full of guardian angels who just want to protect you from the wet and cold, we do too.

GORE-TEX® Fabric (3-Layer) with Brushed Flannel Backer - A supple, breathable, waterproof work of art, this fabric allows for reduced layering and improved freedom of movement in colder conditions. The secret is a waterproof, windproof, and breathable GORE-TEX® membrane that is heat-bonded directly between a soft outer fabric and a brushed flannel backer for comfort and performance on both fronts.

It's a very good jacket for freeride and backcountry. Light weight, taped seams and true black color give incredible comfort and freedom of movements. Jacket isn't warm, but it's enough for backcountry freefide. GoreTex membrana really works and I can enjoy riding all day
