Whether you find yourself ripping groomers on a blue bird day, or the heavens are puking the fluffy stuff, the Rossignol Storm Skis are ready. This super versatile all-mountain freestyle twin features a traditional camber, jib tip and mini cap construction to increase power, shock absorption and enhanced durability for all your park endeavors. 92 mm at the waist, the Storm has that perfect amount of width to give you a stable platform for jibs and rails, and a confident landing pad for your gnarliest airs. These skis will weather whatever storm you or the mountain throw at them so, go ahead, make their day.
Traditional Camber
Extended Sidecut – Sidecut continues beyond contact point where the tip and tail rocker start. As speeds and edge angles increase, more sidecut is engaged for powerful full-length edge grip. At lower speeds and edge angles the sidecut is less engaged for more maneuverability and ease.
Jib Tip – This short, round shape reduces inertia on turns and jumps. Elastomer construction gives better pop and shock absorption. Pop, Control, Shock-absorption.
Wood
Fiberglass laminate
Minicap Sandwich – This is an ultra-durable construction built with wood cores, 30° sidewalls, fiberglass and high-tech laminates. Minicap strengthens the top of the ski, increasing durability. 30° inclined sidewalls improve swing weight and reduce the ski's overall weight, for better mobility and durability.
Sintered
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
