The North Face Pixey Triclimate Jacket is a versatile two-coats-in-one package that combines a bold, plaid insulated inner jacket with a HyVent® waterproof/breathable hardshell. You can wear just the inner jacket, just the shell, or both combined depending on the weather and how you feel. This sweet jacket incorporates styling details not normally found in snow-specific garments that will set you apart from the crowd.

    The best way to wear this jacket is the shell alone. The "triclimate" aspect - i.e., the base layer thin down jacket - is plaid (some may like the color, but I don't) & it doesn't attach well to the shell. The shell by itself or with other base layers is great. I love the pea coat style & have received lots of compliments on it. And the "brook blue" color is divine!
