The North Face is on to something with their Triclimate® line, and the The North Face Helata Triclimate Jacket is a prime example. Essentially 3 jackets in 1, the Helata features a Silken Fleece inner jacket as well as a waterproof breathable DryVent™ outer shell jacket. Either can be worn separately or zipped together to create a super warm and waterproof "über" jacket. The two garments are exceptionally well integrated, so the overall effect is still slimming and elegant.
