Arc'teryx Atom LT Hoodie 2012: The slim Arc’teryx Atom LT Hoodie was designed to be an active insulation layer, provide warmth, mobility, and breathability above all else. Coreloft™ insulation is put in the torso, arms and hood to keep you warm. Polartec® Power Stretch® delivers stretch and mobility under the arms and down the torso for mobility and durability. The Atom LT Hoodie can stand on its own, or be used as a great layering piece.
Material
Polartec® Power Stretch® with Hardface™ provides 4-way stretch and is very breathable. It keeps you dry while you sweat and provides warmth without weight.
Luminara™ Nylon weave fabric is super lightweight, breathable and stretchy with great water repellency and wind resistance.
Coreloft™ insulation uses polyester filaments. The finer yarns are used to trap air molecules to help trap body heat while the larger yarns provide loft and resilience from compression. Fibers are siliconized to help add resistance to moisture and decrease drying times.
Fit
Trim Fit share motion friendly traits with the Arc’teryx Athletic fit, but with lower volume for reduced bulk. Arc’teryx designs close-fitting pieces to layer well under other garments.
Model is 5'10", 170 lbs wearing size medium.

                The color listed is not the color in the pictures. The silverstone is very much that; a very light gray, not the black shown.

                As to the fit, I realize that most Arc'Teryx fits rather athletically but the medium fit me like a euro small. We're talking full on shmedium fit here. Most everything else Arc'Teryx fits me as it should. This did now. I sized up and it's a massive size jump. Dunno ... I guess that's how they do it now.

                It's still a rad, packable, durable and warm jacket.
