    I've used this helmet for a full season and have been satisfied. Pros:-Lightest helmet I found, very light-Inner liner velcros in so you can remove it and wash-Ear pieces are easy to remove or put on. Easy to do without removing gloves.-Great looking helmet + the little lip keeps water/snow out of the eyesCons:-Matte black looks rad but it's flat and scratches easilyIt also has two standard aspects you'd expect for a [$] helmet, adjustable chin strap, universal goggle clip and Recco enabled.

      Comments about Pro Tec Riot Helmet:

      This is a great helmet. While lacking some of the bells and whistles (bluetooth etc) of more expensive helmet, this helmet is comfortable, lightweight and doesn't make you look like a bobble head. I like the matte black finish and the brim does a solid job of keeping snow off the top of my goggles which could cause them to fog.

      I mounted a Contour Roam cam to the side of mine and that works really well.
