I am a beginner snowboarder and I know it's important to have a helmet. I did a lot of research and decided this was the helmet for me. Between it's features, great reviews, and price I had to try it. I'm really glad I did.
It's a real helmet that has a styrofoam liner, not just a hard hat. That is a great feature feature.
The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because the ear muffs are a little loose and flimsy.
They are removable (which is nice) but they don't clip in anywhere so they are loose and can slide. Once it's on your head, it works great. Just worried I might loose one in travel.

I really love the adjustability of this helmet, the crank in the back ensures that it fits snug and doesn't move around, even when you're wearing a beanie underneath.

I ordered the red color to stand out among the other people. Moat people wear a dark helmet and it really helped people in my group spot me when we would split up. It's comfortable and the small visor is really great over the top of my goggles. The only thing that stinks about the color is that any dirt shows easily and it the type of material that it is made from can scratch easily too. I keep it in a small drawstring bag when I'm not wearing it on the mountain for now.

I bought this helmet for my Colorado trip. I had never worn a helmet begore and I'm glad I went with this one. It fit well and had plenty of adjustment, it kept me warm all day, and it was light enough that I really didn't even notice it was there. I really liked the helmet b/c it was one of the only Ski helmets that had a brim. I used Dragon Mace goggles with this helmet and had no problem at all... no fitment issues and no fogging. Great helmet (but just an FYI there is very minimal padding inside this helmet) it is comfortable, but it has mush less padding then other ski helmets.

This helmet is great to wear all the time, lightweight and comfortable. At first I was just going to wear in the park, but it is good for all conditions and areas of the mountain.
