Custom Molded ABS Shell and Dual Foam Liner

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – Extremely durable and highly moldable plastic used in our custom shell shape.

The Mashman keeps you cool with full front to rear ventilation. Molded brow intakes, and custom venting snaps allow air into the helmet. The foam liner allows air to flow through the helmet via strategically designed channels. As the air travels through the helmet it pushes warm air out through the rear vents.

EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) – Designed to withstand multiple low force impacts. EPP foam does not permanently deform upon impact like traditional EPS. After an impact, EPP will return to its original protective state.

PORON® XRD™ – XRD™ technology is a lightweight, thin and breathable foam that’s engineered for repeated impact and shock absorption. At rest, XRD™ is soft and pliable making it very comfortable. Upon impact, XRD™ performance molecules instantly form a protective shell, then return to their original resting state. Poron® XRD™ is rated for absorbing 90% of energy during high speed impacts.
