In-Mold Construction | Superlight Double Micro Shell – Roxy's in-mold construction fuses a double polycarbonate outer shell with shock absorber expanded polystyrene (EPS). This fusion is unbeatably lightweight. This construction allows us to build very strong helmets as light as a feather and as slim as a leaf.
