As I do high-G paragliding maneuvers, I use the helmet strap mount (the plastic piece) with other straps to make a footmount. It's secure and I am sure the camera won't fall off my foot. I also attach it to a configured kneepad for a kneemount. Out of all the mounts it is the most versatile, yet secure.
