Got my honey a pair too!

By

from Snowbird

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

Have been Smith fans (pun intended) for years, and they just keep getting better. While my glasses fit, I have the ODS2, glasses in the goggle, because we heli and back country a lot, and it's just one less thing to do. Fan is best yet, and seems to last forever. I got my honey a pair too, but she only used them once last year and fan not working for our first trip this year. Hopefully the warranty will be hassle free, mine works great and I ski 100+ days. Awesome product.

Love these goggles!

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

I am a small chic and the goggles are a bit big on my face, but I love them. Have already used them on my ride breaks at work and the anti-fog technology is awesome. I highly recommend these goggles if you need to wear glasses to see.

Great pair of goggles.

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

Comfortable fit...no pinching w/ glasses. Fan is quite and does the job. They look big on my face, but there is no way of getting around that to fit glasses underneath.

works ok

By

from Seattle, WA, USA

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

I'm just getting used to having glasses on while doing any sports, so my tolerance level is pretty low for related issues... With the visor on my helmet, theses fogged pretty easily, with the fan running. After removing the visor, they still fog up occasionally if I'm working up a sweat. It could be a function of how my glasses fit. Often it's my glasses that have fogged up, not the goggles; but it still forces me to remove it all to see again. I might check out the prescription inserts at some point. Fit-wise, they're nice and roomy and probably fit over most glasses; but that means they're a little large for my (female, asian) face. I'm used to goggles not fitting very well to begin with, so it doesn't bother me much.

Terrific goggles for use over glasses.

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

These are great goggles for wearing over glasses. The lens color is perfect for snowy days and the fan works a treat to keep glasses defogged!

Great replacement for older Turbo

By

from Mt Bachelor

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

These replaced my twenty year old Turbos. I have used them in all conditions at Mt bachelor and they work great. Using the fan on low keeps my eyeglasses fog free except for a few times when I reach the bottom of a run and am a little heated up. After a few minutes the fog goes away. I haven't had to use the high setting yet.

Goggles and RX adaptor work great. Wish I would have purchased years ago.

Great lens weak strap

By

from United Kingdom

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

I bought these goggles as I ride (MTB) in the lovely UK climate which means lots of foggy, muggy lens, I usually use POC Iris DH goggles but thought I would upgrade. The good - I would have to say the lens on the Smith Knowledge Turbo Fans are amazing, to be honest I didn't know how good the lens could be until I wore these goggle. The not so good - The clasps that the snap connects to are made of plastic so when-ever you apply any pressure, which I do when I put around my full face helmet, more often than not the scrap comes straight out of the clasp which is extremely frustrating and to me seems like such an odd design flaw. So unfortunately for me, although I want to use these over my POC goggles as they are so much better I just don't take the risk as the amount of effort to re-connect the strap to the clasp and also the risk of it just popping off while hurtling down a mountain is too great. Fix the clasp issue and I would have given them 5 stars
