Got my honey a pair too!

from Snowbird

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

Have been Smith fans (pun intended) for years, and they just keep getting better. While my glasses fit, I have the ODS2, glasses in the goggle, because we heli and back country a lot, and it's just one less thing to do. Fan is best yet, and seems to last forever. I got my honey a pair too, but she only used them once last year and fan not working for our first trip this year. Hopefully the warranty will be hassle free, mine works great and I ski 100+ days. Awesome product.

Great lens weak strap

from United Kingdom

Comments about Smith Knowledge Turbo Fan OTG Goggles:

I bought these goggles as I ride (MTB) in the lovely UK climate which means lots of foggy, muggy lens, I usually use POC Iris DH goggles but thought I would upgrade. The good - I would have to say the lens on the Smith Knowledge Turbo Fans are amazing, to be honest I didn't know how good the lens could be until I wore these goggle. The not so good - The clasps that the snap connects to are made of plastic so when-ever you apply any pressure, which I do when I put around my full face helmet, more often than not the scrap comes straight out of the clasp which is extremely frustrating and to me seems like such an odd design flaw. So unfortunately for me, although I want to use these over my POC goggles as they are so much better I just don't take the risk as the amount of effort to re-connect the strap to the clasp and also the risk of it just popping off while hurtling down a mountain is too great. Fix the clasp issue and I would have given them 5 stars
