Comments about Burton Veda Gloves - Women's:

I haven't worn these yet but have the same pair in the mitten style. I like the leather for riding in the woods as they hold up a bit better. This style glove is very warm and has a cool design. The only drawback is that it's a zipper closure and the hand opening is not super large so they're sometimes difficult to get my fat, big knuckled hands into. For someone with normal sized hands, it'd probably be just fine. It's manageable either way.
