Designed by the skilled hands of Al Merrick, the Futures AM1 Fiberglass Tri Fins are the only thrusters you'll need. Of the Al Merrick series, the fiberglass construction brings the stiffest flex, dosing riders with control that can navigate powerful waves while the Flat Foil checks your speed to prevent wipeouts. Prepare for spirit-lifting carves with a solid rake in the side fins for a ride that drives through turns; the Futures AM1 Fiberglass Tri Fins will keep riders progressing.
Fiberglass – Fiberglass is stiff and tough for heavy conditions or surfers that appreciate very stiff fins.
Center Fin – Height: 4.29" / Base: 4.31" / Area: 13.35" / Foil: Symmetrical
Side Fins – Height: 4.5" / Base: 4.5" / Area: 14.84" / Foil: Flat
Flat Foil – Flat foiled fins break free sooner, and are better at controlling speed. Often surfers prefer them in fast powerful surf where they do not need to create additional speed. If you have muscle memory from riding glass-ons, flat foiled fins will feel the closest.
Ride Number 3/10 – Ride Number is all about how your equipment feels while you're surfing. Now you can choose a Speed Generating Feel that is springy and responsive by picking a fin in the 10-7 range, or a solid, engaged, and predictable feel from the Speed Control category rated 4-1. For a Balanced feel try a Ride Number of 7-4.
