The limited release of Lib Tech's Hot Knife C3BTX Snowboard has taken traditional camber to new heights of performance. The C3 Camber Dominant Banana, Lib Tech's newly applied Banana Tech, is designed for aggressive riders offering the best of both worlds: flotation in powder while riding in either direction, carving on hardpack, and catch-free freestyle performance. Double Sintered UHMW sidewalls and Magne-Traction serrated edges give the Hot Knife C3BTX defense against mangled rails and precise handling in horrendously icy conditions. Get on the Lib Tech Hot Knife C3 Snowboard and see for yourself. Note: This is a factory blem board and may have slight cosmetic damage.
C3 Camber Dominant Banana – Camber is enhanced with Banana Tech for aggressive new traditionalists and 90s camber studs. Camber is made better than it ever was with the addition of of banana rocker between your feet. It focuses a mild amount of pressure between your feet for carving, edge grip on ice, float in powder, and Lib's maximum amount of pressure out to the tip and tails for super power, end-to-end stability, pop, and control in critical situations.
Flex Rating (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – 5-6 depending on size, a medium/stiff flex for easy turn initiation and forgiving landings
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Magne-Traction – The serrated edges cut into the snow like a knife, giving you more edge hold and control than ever before, featuring 7 strategically located and sized bumps along each side of your sidecut. The biggest bumps are at and between your feet adding maximum control and power, while the bumps outside your feet are smaller and less aggressive providing tip and tail control but maintaining freestyle freedom.
Wood Alloy – Experimental new dead tree with the highest compression response ever used in a snowboard has half the glue weight and absorbs less resin weight.
Double Sintered UHMW – A Lib Tech innovation: Twice as sintered as any other sidewall, this base is tough, handsome, and light.
Sintered UHMW – Super tough base material that holds wax well due to its compression formed amorphous polymer structure
