July 17th, 2009
It's been one year since you left this world. One very long and tough year for me and for many here at evo. I miss you so much Christine. So much that sometimes my head feels like it's going to explode. Though the pain of your absence hasn't diminished a single bit, your smile, your laugh, and your touch are permanently etched in my memory. This is what I cling to when I'm down. I frequently come to this page to watch the video and to hear your voice. You had such a passion for life and for your friends. It's evident in these pictures. It was evident in your character. I think about you every day. My heart aches for your presence. I love you my sweet. Michael

Words from Michael:
2008 - We recently lost someone very dear to us here at evo and particularly dear to me as she was my "Life Partner" of 10 years. Christine ran the buying department here at evo for 3+ years. She was the love of my life and I miss her terribly. A family friend wrote me letter describing what kind of person Christine was to her. I think it captures her essence well. "Not even Jane Austen, an author whom Christine and I shared a love for, could possibly write something that would do justice to her character. It is not enough to say how Christine was always brimming with hospitality and laughter. Nor is it enough to describe her ability to bring people together and make something great happen. Christine possessed such indescribable virtues that I feel unbelievably lucky to have been graced by her friendship. If you were in Christine’s presence for more than five minutes, you were invariably enraptured by her unmatchable personality. Christine had an uncanny way of making you feel like you were the coolest, most interesting person she had ever met. She always had time to hear a story, offer advice, or laugh over a private joke. There was not, is not, and never will be anyone quite like our beloved Christine. It is nearly impossible for me to realize a world that is not brightened by Christine’s smile, a world that does not resound with her laughter. Nonetheless, we can find solace in the fact that Christine was able to make such a strong impact on so many people in such a short amount of time. Yes, Christine will be dearly missed, but she will never be forgotten."

Words from Bryce:
Christine Koller is not only responsible for much of what evo is today but she has also been a very, very close friend since we started working together back in 2005. Christine helped shape our brand and really carried the torch when it came to understanding what we were all about. She shared that with all at evo and all that she came into contact with. I spent more time with Christine than anyone when we first opened the store and launched the new site. She's someone that I've always trusted and cared for not only in the evo sitting but as a good friend. All that know Christine know how strong of a person she was. Her sense of style, understanding of people and love for being a great leader, beautiful smile, hilarious sense of humor, intense work ethic, care for others, crazy-sharp intellect and grounded sense when it came to being a great friend and partner to Michael all make her a person that I love and will never forget. She is already missed deeply by all of us and I don't think we've even started to understand what a profound effect her passing will have on all of us.
