Where are you from?
Grew up in LA county, The valley..818 aka the Great one eight. The valley = like valley girls..100+ degree weather ... the sunniest place with the shadiest people. Moved to Seattle when I was 19 in 2007 to seek greener pastures. WA has been great to me...enough said.
