These wooden utensils serve up a world of possibilities. They're made in India in the workshop of Charlie Khan, a traditional artisan and former public telephone booth operator. Mr. Khan received business training from Asha Handicrafts, a fair-trade organization that helps artisans produce and sell their crafts, while providing financial, educational, training and healthcare programs.
