The Blackburn Joliet 7 Kevlar® Cable features a Kevlar® sheath wrapped around a braided steel cable. The addition of the Kevlar® Sheath increases cut-resistance by 50% over steel cable alone. The Joliet 7 is double looped to accomodate pad-lock or U-lock.
