You don't have to be a cowboy or live in the PNW to wear a flannel, although flannels are very good for both of those situations. You don't need to live in Raleigh, either, to wear the Obey Clothing Raleigh Woven Button-Down Shirt - but if you do, and you're a cowboy from the PNW, that's even better.
