This product is basically a lightweight hat stitched to a neck gaiter. Unfortunately, the angle at which the hat is stitched on makes it really difficult to find a comfortable place to put my long hair. I usually wear it in two side braids, and having these sticking out of the balaclava was really uncomfortable. However, keeping my hair tucked under the hat made it very tight and also uncomfortable. So, if you have long hair, think twice. If not....it's a great product!

it was good for a face mask but I usually don't like covering my face entirely because I have trouble breathing in it. But I was thankful to have it when the snow started falling like crazy.

I used this in Vermont and Maine for snowboarding so in all temperatures from (-13 to 40) it is fantastic. It fits well with my goggles and it is light weight (easy to breathe through) but still warm. The multiple ways to wear this makes it fantastic to adjust throughout the day for temperature changes and all types of weather.
