Mammut Plus Avalanche Probe
The Mammut Plus Avalanche Probe builds on the light and stout foundation of their Light Probe with the addition of one more 40 cm aluminum section, making it a full 280 cm in length when extended. In a deep snowpack or large scale slide, that extra 40 cm could make all the difference. The Plus Avalanche Probe is constructed with an emphasis on weight reduction and ease of use, with a Dyneema pull cord and glove-friendly locking mechanism.
