The stiffest, most aggressive all-mountain/freeride offering from Lange the RX 130 LV packs a mean punch. With a 97 mm forefoot and a narrow heel pocket, this boot is designed to securely hold a variety of narrower foot shapes. The 130 flex is smooth and stiff due to the mono-injected shell and cuff. Lange s Control Fit liner has anatomical padding for increased performance and warmth, and the replaceable Ultra Grip soles keep you locked in when hiking to your favorite stash. Last: 97 mm A very precise performance fit, best for those with narrow or low volume feet.
Control Fit Technology Lange scanned the feet of 20,000 skiers from around the world with a new, state-of-the-art 3D imaging system to develop this combination of shell last and liner execution designed to fit more feet accurately and comfortably. Using this analysis, Lange learned that most skiers benefit from a wider, asymmetrical toe box combined with a slightly narrower, more deeply articulated ankle pocket than is found in competitors' products. The combination of more room in the forefoot and more accuracy in the ankle delivers the best of both worlds: comfort and performance.
Removable Spoiler Allows the skier to increase forward lean by 2° and adjust the volume of the cuff.
Flex: 130 A very stiff flex for top of the line response and control.
Control Fit Liner Designed to provide accurate fit and immediate response, this liner has anatomical padding for strong, comfortable ankle and heel hold. Above the instep, Lange has included a slight pocket for increased circulation and warmth, in addition to a power wedge tongue for enhanced precision and sensitivity. The saddle stitch seams eliminate pressure points and the one-piece toe box allows for greater comfort in the toes.
Polyether Shell and Polyurethane Cuff
Mono-Injection Injection technology based on the use of a single plastic material. This results in the smoothest flex pattern for ultimate response and feedback, more consistent flex and performance in varying temperatures, and a bootfitter-friendly, easy to modify shell.
Natural Stance This stance compliments modern ski design by providing a neutral and upright stance for more efficient power transfer on modern shaped and rockered skis. This provides less quad fatigue for better, longer ski days. 4° Ramp Angle, 12° Forward Lean (14° with spoiler) and 0° medial / lateral stance.
Twin Cuff Alignment | +/- 1.5° Permits skiers to align the lateral inclination of the upper cuff to the skier’s leg. Outside and inside hinge cuff alignment; rotate the mechanism clockwise, or counterclockwise, to align boot cuff to desired position.
4 Micro-Adjustable Buckles
40 mm Power Strap with Metal Camlock Cinch Buckle
Replaceable Ultra Grip Soles Provides increased traction, grip, and shock absorption for hiking and walking.

Comments about Lange RX 130 LV Ski Boots 2016:
Starting this off with my initial impressions from my first day in the new boots since this years model has no reviews yet. Will add to/edit once I've spent more time in the boot. So far, nothing suggests it will be anything less than 5 stars. About me: 5'8, 190lbs, 27 y.o., fairly aggressive/athletic expert skier.
I bought these in a nice and snug 26.5 (I wear a 10 street shoe) for a performance fit, but have a low volume foot and very little arch, so I have no problem with the narrow last. Liners mold nicely and provide a firm and supportive hold on your foot. Compared to the similar Tecnica Mach1 130 LV which I also tried on, these run a little tighter, which I needed in the heel/ankle area, as I found I had a little gap in the Tecnicas heel pocket. A minor tweak in the canting from the boot fitter was all I really needed to get these dialed in (besides replacing the stock footbeds).
On the snow, they perform exactly as you would expect a Lange to. A true 130 flex; they start off a little soft but quickly engage and remain constant and stiff throughout the turn. Lateral stiffness allows for great response to and from your edges. Didn't get to spend much time off the groomed, so I'll have to add that as I get more time in the boots, but I see no reason why they won't shine. The softer boot board and liner should make bumps and jumps more bearable than the RS series or any other race boot.
