Product Info

The Full Tilt Growth Spurt Ski Boots literally grows with your kids. So use it on the old one, make it bigger. Then use it on the young one, make it smaller. And the neoprene liner stretches as the kid does! Boom, bam, connect. The Growth Spurt is still made with Full Tilt s 3-piece design and natural ankle flex. The boot is also super easy to put on, as the tongue opens up to a 90 degree angle, reducing one of the big obstacles in taking your kid skiing into a minor ski bump. Hmmm, I should get my nephew some of these.

Excellent purchase and great value

Comments about Full Tilt Growth Spurt Ski Boots - Big Kids' 2016:

Excellent boots, allow the child's foot to grow and give you a little wiggle room in buying a new pair with their growing feet. In the past I had to get two sizes in one season. These are sturdy and more nimble then I thought. My initial reservation was that since they are expandable they may not be rigid. That is not the case and they behave very well. I would imagine however that for very advanced young skier a rigid, one size ski boot is more appropriate. But for novice, intermediate and gentle expert this is more than enough. This is our second purchase of these boots for another child.

Bought for my 6 year old daughter with plans to hand down to my 3 year old son to get maximum value. Each child should get 2 years os use. My daughter did not complain about her feet all day!

Comments about Full Tilt Growth Spurt Ski Boots - Big Kids' 2016:

Bought this for my 7yr old. He has wide toe bed and high arch. The width of this boot was great (wide) and while we still sized up (mid-setting) compared to his actual foot length the boot snugged down and he as extremely happy, warm, and comfortable. Also bought Volkl ski's and Marker bindings and the hill ski shop mounted them after we sized the boot correctly. Huge fans of Full Tilt (I love my High Fives) but I will comment that the design of this boot and liner was a classic tongue not a wrap around as I hoped; I am a little disappointed they didn't keep the concept alive in the kids boots since it makes a big difference to me not to have a tongue eating into your shin all day. ON the upside it looks like we'll be able to move up to the next boot setting without remounting the binding so it will work out.
