Comments about Marker Duke EPF Large Ski Bindings 2013:

The Duke is a beast of a touring binding, and that doesn't mean it's heavy, it's just heavy duty. I did a lot of freeriding on these last season, hitting jumps and cliffs and skiing really hard on them in the backcountry, and they are incredibly solid. They are super easy to use and very lightweight for a touring binding. I love these things, they get me where I need to go and switch back and forth from touring to skiing mode very quickly and easily. There are a lot of bindings that mimic the Duke coming out every year, and I think that's a testament to their impeccable design. But you just can't beat the Duke.

          New and improved

Comments about Marker Duke EPF Large Ski Bindings 2013:

The new duke rocked. I skied this on the Volkl Shiro after skiing the same ski with a Jester. The binding made the ski more stable and smooth able to mash across groomers and broken junk and crud without getting deflected. The binding also felt lower to the ski than previous model Dukes because the new wider chassis distributed the pressure out to the edges better. I didn't get to use te touring function do can't comment on that but it is redesigned solid competitor in the growing freeride AT binding category.

gave this 4 stars cause I haven't used them in the backcountry yet. They killed it in the resort. on the heavy side but other than that these are a great binding.

This is an awesome all mountain binding. It's a downhill binding with a backcountry option. It performs without complaint in both areas.
