The ABS Vario Small Base Unit is the best solution for the snow sport enthusiast who frequents slide prone areas and wants the flexibility of being able to move the airbag "guts" between various size packs. The base unit consists of the integrated ABS TwinBag system, which can then be connected to any zip-on bag with a volume between 8 and 55 L, making the Vario incredibly versatile. Note that in ABS terminology, "Airbag Inside" or " ABS Inside" indicates a fixed airbag system that cannot be moved; this Small Base Unit is compatible only with the growing number of Vario packs made by ABS and other manufacturers.
