All evo.com Affiliates must maintain a high quality, professional and functional website - as deemed by evo. Additionally, any materials promoting evo, including banners, videos etc must represent evo in a way that is consistent with our high brand standards. Basically, anything we deem to degrade our brand in any way is not allowed.
Publishers may not represent themselves as evo.com, or as a dealer for any of the brands we carry. They must have a unique URL (including domain, subdomain or any component of the url) that does not contain evo.com, trademarked brand names or any misspellings or variations of evo or trademarked names.
Publishers may not serve any evo products through their shopping cart.
evo will not accept affiliates that operate a website or have links to websites that contain or promote any of the following content: gambling, adult/sexually explicit, pedophile, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, or any other content that is deemed offensive and inappropriate.
All sites that contain affiliate tracked links to evo.com must be disclosed in publishers details with AvantLink and/or Commission Junction. Promotional Messaging
Written consent must be obtained before using any content (including written copy, images and video) from evo.com. This extends to content that is obtained from evo.com and modified. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We require a citation be included either directly above or below the content, crediting evo as the source. This must include direct links to the source page of the content on evo.com and the evo.com homepage.

While we allow PPC bidding, when bidding on search engines, publishers may not bid on evo.com, misspellings or variations of our trademarked company name. These include but not limited to: evo.com, evo gear, evogaer.com, evogear, evo-gear.com, evogearoutlet.com, evogear-outlet.com, evoseattle, evo, evo-gear. The same restrictions apply to PPC Ad Copy.
Additionally, publishers are prohibited from representing themselves as authorized dealers of the brands we carry, through PPC or otherwise.
All publisher PPC ads must click to a publisher owned URL and may not click directly to evo.com. Comparison Shopping Engines
Publishers are prohibited from syndicating evo product to comparison shopping engines or other marketplaces.Pop-Up, Pop-Under, Re-Directs and Software
Publishers may not use site re-directs, pop-ups or pop-unders that link to evo.com. We do not allow publishers to use customer downloaded programs of any type to promote evo.com. Using software of any kind to promote evo.com products is strictly prohibited.Email Marketing
All email communication representing evo must be pre-approved by evo and must be CAN-SPAM Act compliant.Tax/ Social Security
evo.com Affiliates may be an individual or a formal business. Upon registration, individuals will be required to enter their Social Security Number. Businesses will be required to enter a Tax ID number.
We cannot accepts publishers into our affiliate program that are based in California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, New York, Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois or Georgia. Publishers are responsible for accurately listing their state with AvantLink and Commission Junction.Commissions
Comissions will be paid at the end of each month.
Publishers are given credit for a sale when a) the click from the publisher site was the last click before conversion b) the conversion happened within the cookie window c) the click was through a link containing our affiliate tracking code:

Returned and canceled orders are not eligible to earn commisions.
Coupon sites start at a 2% comission rate. Any site that ranks in organic search for any variants of "evo" + "coupon", "coupon code", "promo code" or related terms will be set to a 2% comission rate.
